Some shirts are prewashed because of the printing technique used. These shirts may be slightly smaller when they arrive. Also, a few designs are printed on different style shirts. Check the product description for any special sizing notes.

Most of our shirts are 100% cotton unless stated that we are using a special blend. We tend to go with the special blend shirts when doing our limited edition runs or if there is a particular design where the selection of a special blend shirt would compliment the design better.


Our site as well as PayPal which is our payment processor has an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer protocol) that automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) It does so with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Even though PayPal is our payment processor, you can go through the process of paying without having a PayPal account. However, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.


Due to the Covid -19 Corona Pandemic, shipping times are longer than expected. We ask that you bear with us as the safety and concerns of our staff and ultimately you are of the utmost priority. 
Standard shipping for orders in the continental US takes 7-12 business days. International orders usually approximately 2 – 2.5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. We strive to ship within 3 – 4 days of receiving your order.
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. *Please note: Orders shipped outside the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. All orders are shipped either first class or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Shipping costs depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button to see the updated total. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Email us at contact@musicspeaksent.com to return your unused product. Unworn shirts can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. In other words, clothing can not be washed or worn & must have all of the original tags. If the item is visibly worn, we will not credit you the cost of the merchandise; you will be responsible for return shipping of the item if such is the case.

If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock.)

Refunds cover the cost of the merchandise minus the shipping costs.

If there are any further questions please contact us. Please include your packaging slip with your package. You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
